Everyone comes for the tsukemen or chicken noodles. But I love the simple fish and shellfish broth one. It comes with tender pork slices and a sous vide chicken breast slices.
Great ramen shop. The noodles are homemade and taste delicious. It's a small but cozy restaurant. Dont be scared if there is a line, it goes very quick and the wait is worth it.
Went there after skiing at mt rokko, chicken soup noodle come at the right time!
Best ramen I tried in my 3 months in Japan (and I tried many). Recommend it 100%. It’s worth waiting the line.
This ramen shop always has waiting line. I think it’s kind of famous local ramen shop. Soup was thick but not to heavy. I never tasted like this, feel strange but i like that. Small rice with katauobushi and yolk is my favorite.
The best ramen we had so far in Kobe. Thick born soup, springy homemade noodle, delicious pork slide and chickens tender. Definitely come back again if ever visit to Kobe. It is a small shop, limited seat, so have to wait 15-30mins most of time.
One of the best tsukemen in Kobe
Best tsukemen in my whole life. Broth is thick, salty and delicious. They serve it with slices of pork belly, tender sliced chicken, marinated medium boiled egg and braised bamboo. You can watch as the one fellow makes the noodles by hand right behind you. Noodles are perfectly springy, chewy and a perfect vehicle for the broth (which is additive and msg free). I believe it's mainly a roasted chicken broth but my brother in law is convinced they use part fish broth too (i didn't taste fish though).
Either way, you'll likely never experience tsukemen like this so please check it out!
